The new Performing Arts Department is seeking a qualified and experienced Drama Teacher with the ability to teach singing skills to a high level.

This is a full-time, temporary post for Maternity cover. The department has grown significantly in the past 2 years and is aiming to continue with the same rapid growth and expand the department.

This is an excellent time to be joining an exciting and dynamic department and would particularly suit someone with both industry and teaching experience, with a passion for performance, as we offer a great deal of extra-curricular activities and student performance opportunities.

We are a small, friendly and supportive team and so an ability to work well with others, share experience and develop skills is essential.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, resilient and highly motivated individual, with a relevant degree or equivalent experience (2:1 or above desirable). You will be experienced in providing for the needs of learners with a focus on delivering outstanding learning experiences and be a strong team player with excellent communication skills.

You will plan and deliver study programmes using a wide range of strategies to meet individual learner needs and act as a subject or personal tutor.
