Salary – £29,081 - £31,666

Joining us as a Youth Worker you will guide and support young people in their personal, social and educational development to help them reach their full potential on our Springboard provision. We are looking for you to organise educational programs and youth recreational activities such as sports, arts and drama whilst assessing their health, social and emotional requirements. Working with young people 16+ by planning and managing community events and running social events, helping the youth understand values and ideas and building their confidence and life skills ensuring they transition well into adulthood.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, resilient and a highly motivated individual, with previous relevant experience coupled with a thorough knowledge of creating and maintaining healthy relationships with young people based on trust and respect to ensure that they have a safe environment to discover their place in society and develop their identity.
