Here’s the standard bit: - You will deliver training, assessing and quality assuring work-based learning programmes, in line with the college’s Apprenticeship Strategy. Working towards the growth of high quality, employer focused provision that maximises the opportunities for learners to achieve and progress into sustained employment.
As a highly engaged and motivated Apprentice Skills Coach (Assessor), you will have a genuine desire to improve the life chances of our learners whilst being a strong experienced team player with excellent communication skills.
What you’ll need: - it is essential that you have substantial relevant occupational experience along with experience of dealing with the training needs of learners through a range of methodologies. Who is enthusiastic, resilient and are a highly motivated individual with Literacy and Numeracy to at least Level 2, Assessor qualifications (A1, TAQA, D32), and NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing.
