Casual - Enrolment Process Support

As we move towards one of our busiest times with the start of a new academic year, Tameside College are looking to appoint a number of temporary staff to provide face to face support to potential and enrolling students attending our sites for enrolment. As part of our team you'll help to ensure we deliver and maintain an exceptional service to all customers.

We are looking for some of the posts to start from 10th August 2026 on a variable hour temporary contract and run through to mid-September 2026.

Here’s the standard bit: You will need to have a high level of face-to-face customer service skills and a flexible and adaptable approach along with strong IT skills to be able to meet the demands of the role during this busy time. We will support you with an induction and training to the role to enable you to offer excellent support to our students and stakeholders.
