Salary: £25,493 per annum (Pro-rata £12,746 for 0.5 FTE)
Join Our Engineering Team as a Technical Support Officer (TSO)
We are recruiting for both a full-time (1.0 FTE) and a part-time (0.5 FTE) Technical Support Officer to support our thriving Engineering department.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in creating an outstanding learning environment for our talented and ambitious learners. As a Technical Support Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining engineering equipment, ordering and managing supplies, ensuring workshops and learning spaces are safe, organised and well-presented, and providing essential day-to-day technical support across the department.
Working as part of a dedicated, high-performing team, you will help ensure learners have access to the resources, facilities and support they need to succeed. We are looking for a proactive, enthusiastic and highly motivated individual with a genuine commitment to making a positive impact on learners' experiences and future opportunities.

What you’ll need: - We are looking for enthusiastic, resilient and highly motivated individuals, with a relevant level 2 qualification or equivalent coupled with a thorough knowledge of the relevant curriculum and the ability to perform a technical support role to contribute to effective learning. You will provide physical, technical and administrative support and should be a strong team player with excellent communication skills.
