Principal’s Welcome

Our people are our greatest asset and we invest in them accordingly, pay, holidays, pensions, training and development and many other benefits.

We have high levels of staff satisfaction and our shared values have underpinned a transformation of the college campus, increased attainment rates and growing student numbers.

Our Teaching colleagues are given 53 days and our Business Support colleagues are given 41 days inclusive of bank holidays.

We give college closure days that are decided on a yearly basis. The great things are that it is on top of any annual leave allowance.

We have policies to help with your work life balance and support you throughout your journey.

We support you with your retirement plans and offer competitive schemes with generous contributions from us.

Our Beaufort Road and TACE campuses offer free parking for all staff. For our other campuses speak to your manager on appointment.

We are a learning organisation treating development as a high priority. We hold continuous personal development events held regularly throughout the year alongside bespoke options.

We recognise our staff achievements on an Annual basis through our Staff Recognition Awards. We celebrate the outstanding contributions our staff make to our College.

Our Staff are supported with a range of wellbeing services from Counselling to Occupational Health Support. We also offer contributions to eye tests and glasses should you need them for work.

All staff can access an onsite gym at our Beaufort Road Campus for free. This includes scheduled classes and personal training opportunities.

We offer a cycle to work scheme and further details can be source on starting.

Our Breakfast clubs are open once a week on all sites during term time. This is a great way to start the day and meet other staff and students.

We offer retail discounts through our benefits platform which give generous savings on your daily, weekly and monthly shopping.
